About Me
Prior to entering into private practice, I was employed as an inpatient therapist by Integris Mental Health for 6 years. Prior to working at Integris Health, I was employed at the Parent’s Assistance Center and was involved in the development of the curriculum for therapeutic play groups for children ages 3 to 12.
Although my primary orientation in psychotherapy is Cognitive Behavioral, I am proficient in other theories. Although I have worked with many individuals having various mental health concerns, my specialties are trauma, codependency, and women’s issues. I was born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK and in my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family of 5. One of my current passions is the co-founding of a mental health foundation called Pier 34.

What I Love About Being a Therapist
What I love about psychotherapy is the relationship. I love the therapeutic bond that I have the privilege of developing with my clients. I learn just as much from my clients as they learn from me. Some of these relationships have developed over just a few months and some many years, but they will be with me for a lifetime.
