About Me
Prior to entering into private practice, I was employed as an inpatient therapist by Integris Mental Health for six years. Prior to working at Integris Health, I was employed at the Parent’s Assistance Center and was involved in the development of the curriculum.
My primary orientation to psychotherapy is Cognitive Behavioral, but I am proficient in other theories. Although I have worked with many individuals having various mental health concerns, my specialties are trauma, depression, and codependency. I was born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK and in my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family. One of my current passions is the co-founding of a mental health foundation called Pier 34.
I am also honored as an advisor and contributor to the 5th Edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders which is the foremost diagnostic tool utilized by all mental health professionals around the world.

What I Love About Being a Therapist
What I love about being a therapist is the relationship. I love the therapeutic bond that I have the privilege of developing with my clients. I learn just as much from my clients as they learn from me. Some of these relationships have developed over just a few months and some many years, but they will be with me for a lifetime.
